Here are some feminine health tips:

1- Your vagina is self-cleaning, Just wash your vulva or the outer area with water or with a light unscented cleanser.
2- Instead of Waxing or shaving consider trimming unwanted pubic hair with scissors to avoid infections and irritation.
3-. uncomfortable underwear for special occasions. Stick to comfy cotton ones for everyday use to let the area breathe and keep it itch-free.
4- Manage discharge with a panty liner to keep your underwear dry and fresh all day long.
5- Add probiotic-rich foods like yoghurt to your daily diet to prevent yeast infections and keep everything healthy.
6- If you are extra itchy, have a strange odour or unusual discharge or anything else seems off, then see a doctor as soon as possible. Don't wait to find out what happens if you ignore it.
7- visit a gynaecologist once a year for a general checkup and consider getting tested for STIs if you're sexually active to make sure everything's OK.
8- Speak to your doctor about getting vaccines to protect you from the sexually transmitted Infection - HPV or human papilloma virus, which can cause cervical cancer.
9- Don't ever hold your pee, no matter how busy you are! It can lead to bladder problems and potential urinary tract infections. Never spray water forcefully into your vagina to clean it out, Instead gently clean the outer area with an indirect spray or your hands, while wiping
10- always go from front to back so that you're not dragging any nasty bacteria towards your vagina. On your period change your pad or tampon every four to six hours and your menstrual cup every 8 to 12 hours to avoid stains and to stay hygienic. Those flowery scented wipe, cleansers and sprays? No thank you! They'll just dry you out and irritate your skin.
11- After sex, no matter how tired you are always pee and clean up to flash out urinary tract infection causing bacteria and protect yourself from irritation.
12- It may feel strange, but go commando and skip the underwear at night. Your pubic area needs to be aired out and breathe once in a while too.
